In addition, the Fire Prevention Bureau offers educational programs to some of our local schools, such as the
Risk Watch Program. This program covers a large range of subject areas that are taught by a number of different professionals. A new program called
Remembering When is also being offered by the fire department, which talks about both fire and fall safety. This program is geared toward citizens 65 and older. All of these activities and programs give the public a chance to get up close and personal with their local firefighters.
Please feel free to contact the Fire Prevention Bureau office at (847) 362-5664, to schedule any of the community activities mentioned above.
