Raffle licenses are available to not-for-profit organizations which have been in existence continuously for a minimum of five years, or to a non-profit fundraising organization that the corporate authorities determine is organized for the sole purpose of providing financial assistance to an identified individual, or group of individuals, suffering extreme financial hardship as the result of an illness, disability, accident or disaster. A completed
raffle license application MUST be submitted with the applicable fee to the Village Hall for placement on an upcoming Village Board agenda for approval. Village Board meetings are the second and fourth Tuesday of every month. Any application received after the deadline for Board approval will be denied.
